Captain Morgan rum is a blend of Puerto Rican rum, spices, and other natural flavors including vanilla, apricot, fig and tincture of cassia. Honey colour. Spicy, honeyed nose that includes aromas of nutmeg, coriander, and cinnamon. Creamy texture. Flavors of molasses, honey, and spices. Long, tropical-fruit finish with just a slight bite.

Amarula is a natural wild fruit cream liqueur, distilled from the exotic fruit of the African marula tree and blended with fresh cream. Once the ripe fruit of the marula has been gathered, the kernels are removed in a destoner and the flesh crushed
from the skin. The marula flesh is fermented under conditions similar to winemaking.
The final product has an alcohol content of 17% by volume.

It is sweetened with glucose and cane sugar syrup, and has a deep golden amber hue. The product has an alcohol content of 25% by volume.
