PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us at the bottom of our e-mails.

SECURITY POLICY
We have an effective security policy that we review regularly.
All credit card details that are given to us by you the customer are done so on a secure server using Worldpay. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Worldpay are encapsulated using the Worldpay encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof. Please note we do not store any of our customers details on-line.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We are selling perishable goods, which are made to your specification. There isn't much time to cancel an order however, by calling us on 01291 673746 within 48 hours of placing your initial order, the order can be cancelled with all money being returned minus the credit card charge and refund administration charge within 30 days.
RETAIL ORDERS
Payment by credit card, cheque, postal order or money order in advance of dispatch.
Title of goods for (retail customers)
Goods supplied by Biltong2u Ltd to customers remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer.
PRICES
Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and to availability of goods and will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time of acceptance.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING
Retail Customers: Orders are subject to no minimum order value. Orders placed will be delivered within 14 days maximum, unless we have contacted you and agreed alternative terms. (Usually orders are dispatched within 72 hour of receipt of order as long as all goods are in stock, if something is out of stock we will notify you before the goods are dispatched). The price of delivery is per order, per delivery. If a consignment is returned to us and you would like us to dispatch it again, this will incur an additional delivery charge.

CLAIMS
Claims can only be made through the Biltong2u Ltd customer service department on Telephone: 01291 673746 or e-mail: sales@biltong2u.co.uk. Any claims made before prior communication with the Biltong2u Ltd customer service department will not be considered.
For orders sent by courier, You should check the goods upon delivery, any need for a claim against which should be done so within a 'reasonable time'
All goods must be counted upon receipt.Any shortage must be indicated on the delivery note at the time of delivery.
All goods must also be checked for damages upon receipt. Any damage must be indicated on the delivery note at the time of delivery.
All goods must be checked against the delivery note within 7 Days of delivery. (Perishable goods 24 hours) 'this does not affects your statutory rights as a consumer'.

No credit or refund will be give for any goods ordered in error by the customer.
No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or merchandising by the customer, of any goods supplied by Biltong2u Ltd. Please read and adhere to the care instructions that are supplied with all our products.
Due to Health and Safety Legislation and for Hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of any Clothing or Jewellery purchased from our company.
We will not accept the returns of any Video, Compact Disc or DVD purchased from our company as we adhere strictly to Copyright Laws.
COMPLAINTS
If you find that you are not satisfied with any product or service please feel free to contact our customer service department at sales@biltong2u.co.uk you will receive a written response within 5 working days. We will endeavor to resolve any complaint within a further 14 working days.
MISTAKES IN BILLS, RECEIPTS OR PAYMENTS
Any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments will be rectified as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so. Guarantee All goods offered by the company are guaranteed to meet statutory requirements. However, the company cannot accept responsibility where goods supplied are subject to further processing or repackaging by the customer.
